6-Week Woman Strong


Neither strength nor size matters! We train according to principles with easy-to-learn techniques, practiced under stress and emergency situations. Get fit, get empowered, be safe, learn valuable self-defense methods and bring out your fighting spirit in our six-week women-only self-defense program. Session dates include fitness, drill classes and morning Basic Krav Maga classes. Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
